Si ricorda che:
- I certificati di partecipazione con crediti (se previsti) per chi partecipa in presenza vengono inviati solo e unicamente dopo la scansione del QR code ricevuto all'iscrizione.
- Se il QR code non è leggibile, i dati vengono inseriti manualmente dagli addetti.
- Subito dopo la scansione all’accesso, il sistema invia una email di conferma al partecipante.
- È responsabilità del partecipante verificare la ricezione dell’email di conferma subito dopo l’accesso, in mancanza di questa bisogna rivolgersi agli addetti al desk.
- Per tutte le email relative al convegno è consigliato controllare anche nella posta indesiderata, cercando l’indirizzo no-reply@eoc.ch.
- Se il certificato non viene comunque trovato, si deve inviare la email di conferma accesso ricevuta per permettere le verifiche.
- Il certificato è necessario per la richiesta dei crediti e costituisce prova della partecipazione all’evento.

Please remember that:
- Participation certificates with credits (if applicable) for those who participate in person are sent only after scanning the QR code received upon registration.
- If the QR code is not readable, the data are entered manually by the employees.
- Immediately after the login scan, the system sends a confirmation email to the participant.
- It is the participant's responsibility to verify receipt of the confirmation email immediately after access; in case of necessity one can contact the desk staff
- For all emails relating to the conference it is recommended to also check your junk mail by looking for the no-reply@eoc.ch address.
- If the certificate is still not found, the access confirmation email received must be sent to allow checks.
- The certificate is necessary to request credits and constitutes proof of participation in the event.
